Elizabeth Tiedemann - Seascope's America's Cup Adventures

Elizabeth joined the the Seascope crew in 1991 when she met her husband Bob Tiedemann on board one of his yachts, GLEAM.  The two work together full time sharing a passion for antique classic yacht restoration and chartering.  Seascope has been in business in Newport for more than 30 years.

Prior to jumping on board at Seascope, Elizabeth was a hotel sales manager organizing meetings and conferences for groups of 6 to 1000 people.  It was a natural transition coordinating outings on the water instead of hotel function rooms.  She arranges charters for pleasure sailing, racing, cruising, luncheons/dinners and executive retreats.  She specializes in team building aboard the America's Cup class yachts and often does motivational speaking for clients chartering the Seascope fleet.

Julie Lassey - America’s Cup Charters

America’s Cup Charters is full service charter brokerage which specializes in sailing their fleet of America’s Cup 12 Metre yachts. America’s Cup Charter’s owners George Hill and Herb Marshall have been in business in Newport, RI for 20 years.

Julie joined America’s Cup Charters in 2003 and coordinates all the charter details for a winning event – be it a corporate teambuilding outing, a family celebration or a 12 Metre regatta.
